From witnessing a beautiful sunset to being allowed to take ‘cuts’ in line at the store to laughing out loud with a friend.

Easy, peasy.

So give it try, just till the end of this year. You may find your life taking a wonderfully different turn.

A turn which will help you escape from the trappings of stress, frustration and sorrow; move through the deluge of all of life’s overwhelming pitfalls and stay strong when you want to throw in the towel.

All it takes is 3.

Things.
